I'm not sure what your question means, which DVD are your referring to? :)

All DVDs are Region 3 except for the Electric Love Tour DVD (Japan version), which is Region 2. As for whether its playable it depends on whether your player itself is region-free. If I'm not wrong, most computers are region-free as well, you just need to change the setting.
