also, i had a meeting at work on Sunday and the store manager gave a motivational speech. It went a little something like, " When the district manager comes and tells me how good the store looks and all the things we are doing right, I tell him, I just drive the bus."
For those of you that didn't catch that, he is implying that we, the associates and team leaders alike, keep the store looking good and he simply points us in the right direction. It was quite moving.
