so i went on poetry.com and wrote some peoms. apparently they like my writing and published 2 of my poems. here they are...
Without You
as i lay in my bed and dream
i imagine your face
smiling at me
as i lay in the grass and listen
i hear your voice
soothing me
as i lay in the park and rest
i feel the sun
shining down on me
as i lay in my bed without you
i miss you
all the time
Happy Tears: to my dear friend Jessica
when someone says that life is a better place because you are there
when someone says how much they enjoy your company
when someone says you are fun, sweet, a good friend, and deep
when someone says you make others happy like you make them happy
when someone says this is why you are the best
it is truly an overwhelming feeling
someone loves you and thinks of you

yes, yes i know they are sappy, but whatev.
just to clarify further, i usually write poetry when i am sad. and when i am sad, it is usually at the fault of a boy. thus, my poems are usually sappy and about love that doesn't really occur.
and that second one was about my friend jess millah. she is the kewlest girl in all the land and i love her dearly. she has been such a great friend to me. although i have known her since the 6th or 7th grade, i was never really friends with her until the second semester of my senior year in high school. i regret not hanging out with her until then because she is so awesome. i feel like we will be friends forever. we are currently moving to the LBC when we graduate from college. YAY CALI! i love you jess
