(no subject)
So I'm back! And camp was amazing. After our big final critique, everyone was holding eachother and crying...I never knew you could get so close to people in only 2 weeks. It was just...wow. Overwhelming. I met some amazing people.
And then I went home and had dinner with the fam, and went right over to Kurtis's where I had an awesome welcome home. I got to show them pictures from camp and my final renderings of the car I designed. By the way, the people from Ford loved my car. I was pretty much on air the whole day. I think I want to go back to camp next year.
So then Kurt took all of us to SterlingFest, where we rode the log flume and went home. Lmao. Yes, for low-budget fun. Then we went to the mall and did absolutely nothing, and Kurt and me got Chinese food which I missed SO, SO, SO much. There was none in Europe, or at CCS. Ridiculous! AHH. After that we went back to Kurt's and watched Hide and Seek, you know, that creepy Dakota Fanning/Robert DeNiro movie. It was...kind of lame, but the thing that I DID like was that it was geniunely creepy, there were no jump-scares or really gory bits. So bonus points for that.
Then me, Steve, and Dave played Mouse Trap and watched Pokemon. I miss being a little kid. By the way, the instruction manuals are like, 10 pages long each for Mouse Trap. Crazy.
