What the fuck is going on with the BBC's snooker title sequence? jekesta mentioned this the other day and I thought she was joking - but no! There's a horse! And a bull snorting heat through its nostrils! The mind boggles at the thought of which scary BBC logoman thought up that bit of imagery, and how much they got paid to do so. One more thing before I leave you... I think this may be my favourite comedy sketch ever:

One day I'll learn all the actions and do that at a karaoke bar somewhere.  Oh yes.

Road Wars = television genius.  It gives me and Katrina at least an hour a week of overexaggerated girly gasping and guaranteed hilarity.  The sardonic Northern commentary is probably the best bit, but we've also become very fond of Pat and Carl and their fellow coppers.

This is just a taster.  Oh there's so much more.

They just played the Peter Kaye/Matt Lucas/Proclaimers single on Radio 2.  It did make me laugh.  You've probably all seen it already but just in case...
