Leo the Laptop appears to be expiring in my arms. It's an emotional moment.
I don't know... I know these things are only built to last a couple of years, but it's so depressing to think that I might have to cough up hundreds of pounds to buy a new laptop, when all that's wrong with the old one is that the input for the power cable is knackered. But yes, I know, this is how the computer companies make their money. If my mother can find the receipt for the extended warranty we bought two and a half years ago I might be able to swing a replacement. Otherwise I am suddenly going to be very, very broke.
