Carol told me to go home and write this down in my journal. Since this is what I usually use for that purpose, at least the most consistently, here it goes

Seriously, I'm glad you're feeling like you've got a healthier life now. Not sure what all you're doing but my wife and I are doing the ABs Diet, and it has certainly kick-started our weight loss. I was surprised to see how much food was 'good' for me, and the exercises aren't bad. Initially I started off doing calorie counting, with Lose It! on my iPhone, but that in combination with the ABs Diet I've had really steady progression. I'm at 214 right now, and my goal is 190 by March of next year. Anyway, just remember to stay away from High Fructose Corn Syrup, and use flaxseed and that'll help. :D
Yeah, my bust has been shrinking a bit, but not nearly as much! =)
I'm not on an established diet; I came up with my own thing during the summer and have added to it since. I'm counting calories and taking in 1300 - 1500 a day, though on some days I do 1600. (My upper limit is 1700.) I'm not avoiding any particular foods or food groups, but the stuff that's high in calories also tends to be high in other things, like fat and sugar, so it all works out. I also exercise for 45 minutes 5 days a week, and do 50 sit ups and arm curls just about every day of the week. I've lost around 50 pounds since June 25th, so it's easy to feel healthier now than before.
