DESCRIPTION: Balloons, balloons, balloons... anything related to balloons! If you have any questions, please ask. :)
- You may only participate if you are on this list.
- You may only enter one icon.
- You are allowed to use a skip if you are on this list. If you are using a skip, please comment on that post and tell me!
- Text, color, brushes, textures, blurring are all allowed. Animation is not allowed.
- Icon must follow the LJ standards: 40k (or less) and 100x100 (or less).
- Submissions are to remain anonymous. You may not post your icon anywhere else before the current challenge is over.
- Icon must be newly created - no using an icon that was made previous to the challenge.
Deadline: Tuesday, December 18 @ 11pm EST.
