"Your late." Cuddy said, perched on the edge of House's desk.
"Good lord, you startled me! Well look at you, it's the tardy fairy! Are you a good witch or a bad witch? Because either way, I am sure we can work this out." House said, swinging his bag onto the ground. "Although, I would like to deal with the bad witch more, I bet her punishments are more interesting."
"I'm serious Greg. Your late, and you have a patient waiting." Cuddy said.
"I don't have clinic until 2:00 today, and I am sure that the paper cuts and common cold can wait until then." House looked around. "Where's Cameron?" he asked.
"She's with your patient, getting as much information as she can, trying to figure out why your patient is 17 years old and has arteries about as thin as a coffee stirrer."
"Well, that's why she should be here. But since she is not, here." he said, handing her his red coffee mug.
"Excuse me?" she asked incredulously.
"You want me to look at the patient, right? And I need some coffee before I start my day. Cameron would have done it no problem." he said.
"Cameron is not your boss." Cuddy said, putting the mug down on the desk.
"I'm also not sleeping with Cameron. But if I was, I bet she would have made me some coffee before she left. So can I please get some?" House asked.
Flushed, Cuddy turned around and poured him some. "For your information, you don't even have a coffee pot in your place. I checked."
"I know." he said, picking up the patients file. "Why do you think it is Cameron's job to make my coffee?"
