Originally uploaded by kismet09my mixer, she works! i've never made bread before, so i'm pretty happy with how these turned out. i just used the recipe in the mixer instruction manual -- mix dry ingredients, including yeast, warm wet ingredients, add, knead, eyeball how much more flour it needs, rise, punch, rise, bake!
