Okay, as joke oriented as the title may sound the situation was not.
Two students were breaking up and the guy was throwing the girl's stuff out of their apartment via the 2nd story balcony.
Yeah, you guessed it, he tossed her dog off the balcony.
The dog is fine, the girl brought her by the other day when she was off to go file her report with Taiwan's Animal Abuse Dept. (It is a very odd looking dog, pom and beagle mix.)
But seriously, WTF?
