So I have a medical appointment at the VA Thursday morning. Turns out Rio Vista Trolley is nearby, so I can finish seeing the doc and then get the special event Red Line right to Convention Centre.
I need my backpack because I'm picking up a doll for one of
android_raptor's friends. Since I have a Kindle I don't need to carry books.
I should carry something to eat; finding food around the Convention Centre that is remotely healthy or inexpensive isn't easy.
I think that's it.
I'm talking to the VA doc because I want to show my "toxic crap in the air" exposure letter to one. Sure, my civilian doctor knows I have asthma, but it's gotten worse and I want to talk to a doc who knows that veterans are influenced by different factors like "toxic crap in the air". I'm also on day 2 of a case of Bad Brain. Yesterday I sank into a paralyzing depression, woke up screaming from a nightmare (which I've never done before, woke up deliriously happy and then sank into a panic as the day went on. No bueno.
