Have I mentioned I received a Xbox 360 for my birthday?
Well. I did. And I about peed my pants. And then I about cried my eyes out when every retailer within ten miles did not have a copy of Tales of Vesperia. So for that first day I bought Star Ocean 4 and played that deep into the night and had great fun blindsiding enemies and quickly establishing my favorite character as Faize, the shy saber wielding alien. BUT THEN the next day came and the trip to the one store within like fifty miles that had ToV. You would not have wanted to see my grin in the store. It was so huge and embarrassing and anxious. Basically, is is summed up by what I told my father in the car on the ride back: "You have no idea how long I've wanted to play this. You have no idea. And, it's really pathetic, but I am so content right now. There is nothing more that I can think of that I would want."
"What about a sheep?"
"Okay. Maybe a sheep. But besides that, I'm incredibly happy."
SO ANYWAYS. I WISH THIS GAME WOULD NEVER END. TALES OF GAMES, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. Ever since I was little.
I really need someone to talk to this game about, but everyone I know who owns a 360 doesn't play RPGs on it?? whatttt is this. Basically I am so amazed that you can play your iPod songs on it and the game will only stop the backround music so like I can be level grinding my ass off but still be really motivated while doing it because I'll be listening to OK GO while Over Limit-ing?! I mean, what the hell, how amazing.
Also, since I am like soloing this game, every time something really shocking or amazing happens I feel like I need to share it with someone or express my excitement about it, I am such a weirdo. A typical reaction of me is a gaping mouth with a whisper of "no way!" or "oh my god!"
srsly someone else get this game so I can watch you beat it and fangirl about it with you
