Apparently I lied about the whole NaNo thing for the moment. Here, have an excessive amount 921 "Na Na Na" lyric video screencaps because I wanted them for something and it's stupid to keep them to myself.
The screencaps are all 854 by 480 and they're as high quality as the video is - which is like . . . more than good for most things. :)
A lot of them are similar because a) I just kind of constantly hit the cap button for the entire song and I was too lazy to sort out which ones were different and which were the same. Anyway, download here!
And then, because I spent too much time listening to Na Na Na while I was trying to design my textiles project, some pictures of the fabric I affectionately call "everybody loves a good jazz square jazz hands."
This is the basic design:
It's a tessellation that I purposefully did not line up and it's printed with four layers. The magenta/hot pink layer:
Which says "shut up and let me see your jazz hands!" The teal layer:
Which has the intro to the video on it several times. I didn't count, because I'm lazy. And then there's the orange layer:
Which is completely filled with na na na's and looks yellow here but I swear to god it's orange. And then, the last layer is the text itself - which is actually printed with purple ink. I know, hard to believe.
Uh. Yeah. So I actually do art. And I'm not lying when I say that I spend more time than most people doing homework. ~2 yards of that took me . . . like 12+ hours or something. My arms still hurt from the repetitive motion of screenprinting. I'm going to go back to writing now.
