Turn 23: A promise renewed
I’ve met lots of great people and I’ve had some really great times over the last few months, but I need to stop fooling around and keep my promise to everyone back home. I said I would stop being a kid, and become an adult, but I’ve just been fooling around since I got here. I shouldn’t be so laid back, I know something else is going to happen to Duel Academy, but now I’m stuck here.
Johan… you helped remind me of that promise. I’m sorry if I acted a bit cold when you first got here, but I was actually upset with myself for not keeping my word. I’m really glad you’re here… I just hope nothing bad happens back home while we’re stuck on this ship.
I hope this works okay, 'cuz I’m gonna change Juudai’s personality a bit now that he’s met up with Johan. It shouldn’t change too much, though. He’ll just be more serious at times.
