Most certainly. The phrase runs 'Sweets for the sweet' but I think in this circumstance it can be amended to 'Sweets from the sweet'

So far, Ryoga-san, Yanagi-san and Shishido-san are going to be picking theirs up themselves. While I will be taking Ohtori-san's arrangement to his room, I was thinking you could take one to Ryou as well.
