I found a kid in the park. Looks like he's living here, but in this weather he'll be dead meat in a day.

He says his name's Amurui and he keeps talking about his big brother.

Someone better come get him or he's coming with me. Claws or no claws.

Perhaps you could take him to one of the Section four houses that have been opened up! They have heating!

He does not talk much, but he likes to draw and he is very good at it.
