For the j-webs you have to be a member of Johnny's club to look at it right? How do you become a member?

It's not necessary to join the fanclub! To see the blogs from abroad you have to own a smartphone (android or iphone) and download the official app. The app os free and can be downloaded from anywhere in the world. Then, to see the complete features of the app (including the blogs, videos and so on) you have to make a subscription, payable by any credit card and very cheap (315¥ per month).
The only difficulty can be that thr app is completely in Japanese. If you need a walkthrough on how to make an account and subscribe let me know.
