Everthing started with some dumb flowers. Just because he didn't want to smell them, Kids can be cruel and they also want to feel that they have the power to make someone feel bad without feeling guilty about it afterwards.
Kids can also grow out of the bullying tendensy but sometimes it can follow you up until you get old enough to
understand that it's wrong. Still it continues....
Waking up every morning, wishing that you could just stay home and skip going to school seemed like something impossible for ruki.
His parents where strict about it and they saw right through him if he faked that he was sick. No point in trying to fool them. Still they where to blind to see that their son had a big problem. That he didn't want to go to school just because of it. The big problem called being bullied.
Sure he had a big brother that went to the same school as him, Same year to, but his brother was four years older than him. He didn't graduate because he was studying in america for four years.
Ruki wanted to be as smart as his brother. That guy got the best grades, he was the popular guy in school and he was having a secret relationship with ruki's female teacher. Sometimes his brother would be in school but he would not pay any attention to his little brother. He could walk by him without even blinking. He was definitly not someone that ruki could talk to when he needed to.
Ruki would alway go to sleep four hours before the school was starting but this one night he went to bed seven hours before the school started.
A special day was approching, the last day of the torture. It was going to end after tomorrow.
Ruki's mind was set on it. He had wished for it for a long time and tomorrow was the day when he graduated from middle school. It was also the day where he was moving to annother part of the city with his family.
The last day of torture had come.
Ruki woke up early, he took a quick shower, dressed up, made breakfast, ate the breakfast, brushed his teeth and he was off.
It didn't even cross his mind at that point that the people that had been bullying him always got to school before him, which was around the same time as ruki had gone to school this sunny day.
Ruki arrived at school. He looked at whole building before he opened the door. The soft smile he had woken up with was gone. It disapeared direct when he opened the door.
The bullies, they sat gathered in a circle on a bench near the door. They saw ruki go in and pass them a little to fast for their liking.
"Hey midget! You are early today, your parents finaly kicked you out? How is the life on the street going? Got any money for me?"
Ruki got pushed by a tall guy. He was always pushed around by this guy.
This named Kyo. He and his gang, they have always been after ruki.
But ruki held a grudge against shinya, the feminie one.

when ruki was in kindergarten, shinya came up to him and held out those damn flowers. He said that they smelled nice and that ruki should smell them. Ruki who was busy with playing with his toy car, said that he didn't want to smell them and that they smelled bad.
It just took some seconds. Shinya disapeared and came back with four other guys. They where a bit older than ruki and they looked angry. Shinya himself pointed at ruki and hide behind one of the guys.
One guy stepped forward, the name kyo was imprinted on his red t-shirt, he wore teared jeans and had a black mowhak.
"You over there" the guy said.
Ruki pretended that he didn't hear it and continued to play with his toy car.
The guy that stood in front of kyo became angry. He grabbed ruki's left arm and dragged ruki after him to the less crowded part of the kindergarten playground. The teacher didn't have an eye on every kid. There was three teachers and almost eighty kids outside at once.
"Shinya told me that you touched him! How dare you!"
"Yeah, how dare you!" the other guys yelled.
Shinya whispered something to one of the guys that had red hair.
The red haired guy noded and ran to where ruki was playing with his car.
"What is die doing?" the guy that was holding ruki's arm a little to thight asked shinya.
"Bringing the toy" shiyna smirked.
The guys started laughing, Ruki didn't know why they laughed.
When the red haired guy came back with ruki's toy in his hand. Ruki wanted to grab it and run away. The mowhak guy was strong and the grip around his hand was strong and it honestly hurt him.
He tried to break free but then the two other guy that didn't do anything other than laugh held ruki down on the grown.
One held his head and the other held his hands down.
"Let me go!" ruki tried to yell louder but shinya appeared in front of him with his toy car in his hand.
"If you scream then say good bye to your precious car!"
Ruki became quiet. They car wasn't just some toy, it was really precious to him. He had gotten it from his grandfather.
Ruki was still a small baby when his grandfather died but he had heard that he was a great and kind man. His mother always told ruki that his grandfather loved him very much.
Ruk's mother brought down a box from the attic on the day of ruki's fifth birthday. She told him that his grandfather bought this for him before he died and that he should treasure it.
It had touched him and he had cared for it. Never got a scratch and it was always shiny.
"You earned yourself a place on my enemy list just by touching shinya and now i need to punish you!"
The guy with the black mowhak kicked ruki who couldn't defend himself. Ruki told him to stop but he didn't.
He kicked him until ruki became quiet and tears started to building up in his eyes.
"Not fun to kick this guy anymore." the guy looked at his two friends that where holding ruki down.
"Undress him and throw his clothes into the garbage" the guy commanded the two guys, they undressed him and threw ruki's clothes in the garbage.
Ruki was lying on the dirty ground in only his underwears, watching shinya who held his precious toy.
"Let's break this stupid toy!" shinya threw the toy car on the ground. Just a mere centimeters from ruki's eyes and stepped on it.
"Listen up children, your parents are here to get you!"
If it weren't for the teachers that yelled that it was time to go home, ruki was sure that they would have done more things to him.
"Hurray!"
The guys cheered togheter and ran to where the teachers where standing.
Ruki closed his eyes for a second before he tried to pull himself up from the ground. He failed of course. It took him five minutes to get up from the ground. His ribs where hurting, he was almost naked and his toy was broken.
"Hurry children! We have to close! Is there someone missing?" ruki heard the teachers pretty well but they couldn't see him or hear him either.
Annother bell rang. Ruki had gotten his clothes out of the garbage and taken them on. They where smelly and dirty but he couldn't go naked home.
He gathered all the broken pieces of the toy from the ground and put them in his pocket.
When ruki opened the door to the kindergarten, there was just two other kids sitting on a bench, waiting for their parents to come and pick them up.
A teacher apeared from nowhere.
"Oh dear, what happened to you? Did you play in the dirt?" The teacher took out a handkiefer and wiped away the dirt of ruki's face.
"Much better but still not good. Don't play in the dirt, you will just become dirty and give your parents extra laundry to do"
The teacher was blind, she didn't know what had happened. Ruki didn't play in the dirt, he played with his toy car but just because some dumb flowers he got a broken toy and beaten up by some guys that he had decided that he didn't like when he first saw them.
Hiko-chan, you mother is here to pick you up" a small girl got off the bench and ran to where one of the teacher stood with an elegant looking women.
"Mommy" The girl hugged the women.
They left fast. Two of the three teachers left after them, so left was the teacher that had cleaned ruki's face, Ruki and a boy that was some inches taller than ruki and had black hair.
"Why don't you sit next to Kai-chan?" the teacher pushed ruki to the bench where the other boy sat.
Ruki never talked to other kids, he never felt the need to but today he fellt it. He wanted to talk to someone.
"I'm ruki" he said.
The other boy looked at him.
"I'm kai"
Ruki smiled. Nobody could see that he was smiling but ruki knew that he smiled.
"Wanna be friends?" he asked.
The black haired boy shook his head.
"I can't, i'm moving to annother town tomorrow."
Ruki's so called smile didn't last long and he became sader when the boy bowed politly to him and ran to his parents that where talking to the teachers.
When they left, the teacher sat next to ruki. She put a hand around him and rubbed his arm as a comfort.
"Do you want me to call your parents?"
Ruki shook his head many times."They will come. They always do"
The teacher stood up. "I can bring you a cookie while you wait, do you want a cookie ruki-chan?"
The teachers always added the "Chan" after their names. Ruki didn't feel that he was cute. He wished that they didn't say Chan after they called him.
"Ruki-chan?" the teacher looked worried at ruki.
Ruki looked up and put on a smile. "Yes please, i would like a cookie"
The teacher smiled and went to get a cookie for ruki.
Ruki sat on the bench all alone and looked out through the big glas window. It started raining and he couldn't see his parents car.
It wasn't like them at all. They always picked him up. And if they happen to get a little late they would inform the teacher before hand.
The teacher came with two big cookies in her hand and she sat down next to ruki.
"Here you go" she gave him one cookie. "I made these cookies yesterday,are they good?" she asked.
Ruki took a bite and noded.
"I wanted to become a baker, it was my childhood dream but fate brought me here. Isn't it funny?" The teacher ate her cookie.
Ruki noded.
"What is your dream ruki-chan?"
Ruki stopped eating. "My dream is fix my toy" he said and continued with eating his cookie.
"Oh, i see"
When they had eaten the cookie and the rain had stopped raining, ruki jumped off from the bench, it was a stupid move. His ribs where hurting but he played it off.
"Thank you for the cookie. I'm going home now" Ruki took his jacket on and ziped it up. He waved his hand to the teacher.
"Wait! I can walk you! Or i can call your parents!" she tried to stop ruki.
"Actually, it's my birthday today and my parents are at the toy store buying me lots of toys. They told me to meet them there and it isn't far away. I better go now before it get's dark. Bye bye!" Ruki ran out from the kindergarten.
The teacher called ruki's parents. Nobody picked up at first. When she tried again, ruki's brother picked up.
"Uruha here, what's up?"
"Excuse me but i'm ruki's teacher. I just wanted to confirm one thing. Do you have your parents at home?" the teacher said.
"Well duh. Why would i answer the phone if they where home? They could answer the god damn phone themselves if they wanted to but to answer your question right, No, they aren't at home. They said that they where at some store buying something."
The teacher sighed.
"Sorry to bother you, that's all i wanted to know."
"Uh, okay? Bye?"
"Bye"
The teacher hang up and took her jacket on. She locked the door after her and went home.
Ruki didn't know that his lie was actually true. That his parents where at a toy store, buying him presents. His birthday wasn't until february and it was only June. Ruki also didn't know that his parents told his brother to pick him up but it seemed like his brother had forgotten it and played tv games insteed.

"Got any money for me?" Kyo tripped ruki so he fell down on the ground. Ruki tried to get up but kyo stood on his back.
"You have always been weak! I bet that you can't lift a freaking fish! Where are your muscles?!"
They laughed at him as they always did. Each day would be a diffrent kind of punishment. Always beating him up, Calling him things, Breaking his stuff, Getting him into trouble with other people.
"Give me the money and i will let you go" Kyo stamped on ruki. He Jumped up high and landed on ruki's back again.
Kyo had almost broken ruki's bones before.They where in the chemistry lab one day. The teacher where helping a group of students out.
Ruki had to be in the same group as shinya.
The door to the chemistry lab opened and in came kyo.
The teacher didn't noticed him. Or maybe he did notice him but didn't pay attention to him.
It was the usual case. That nobody saw kyo. Never saw him and they never saw him doing bad things to ruki.
Like dragging him to the window when they had chemistry class, Opened it, said that the air was so refreshing before he lifted ruki up and threw him out from the window.
Ruki's parent where worried of course. The teacher called them and said that ruki was bending over the window and fell down.
They scolded ruki and told him that it was really stupid done of him. That he could have been seriously injured or maybe worse, he could have died.
Ruki needed someone to talk to but there was no one there for him.
"Hahaha, look! His is all spaced out!" Shinya bent down and poked ruki's cheeks. "Weirdo, are you alive?"
"Hey!" kyo and the others stopped what they where doing and left ruki quickly.
Ruki had almost forgotten that sometimes, someone would help him, it was not like he help him, he just yelled a bit on kyo and his gang when he saw that they where hurting ruki...if that person was with ruki's brother of course.
"Those guys seriously never give up. Look at him, don't you care about him? He is your brother!"
Aoi, he was ruki's older brothers best friend. Aoi was mean to everyone, except for uruha, ruki's brother. He would do everything for uruha.
Acting like a hero when he was with him. Tried to act like he cared that ruki was injured but the only thing that really mattered was uruha of course.

Ruki bet that aoi had his brother's photo's everywhere in his room. He was sure about it actually.
Sometimes he had seen aoi with a camera, sneaking around his house. It was creepy at first but when he noticed that aoi was lovestruck for uruha, it ceased to be creepy, at least a little.
"It's his own damn fault for being so weak!" uruha walked past his brother without looking back. Aoi followed him.
The school bell rang, Students stormed into the building and ruki was still lying on the floor.
The student's chose to become like the teachers. Ignoring that ruki was hurt. That he was lying on the cold floor and not getting any help. They where cruel.
Ruki had thought that this day, was the last day of torture. He wanted to be happy today, if he couldn't be happy while he was in school, he wanted to be happy later.
The rest of the day ruki spent in the boy's toilet. He didn't feel like showing his face.
He was ditching the whole day and didn't care.
When the school bell rang one last time, he sneaked out. Ruki didn't go home right away. He had money to spend. Money that kyo didn't get because of aoi.
The money was his comfort and now he was going to spend it on things that he didn't have any use for.
When ruki got to the entrance door. He heard his fathers voice.
"IT WASN'T MINE FAULT THAT HE HAD BECOME LIKE THAT! YOU WHERE THE ONE WHO BOUGHT HIM ALL THOSE TOYS!"
then he heard his mothers voice, "DON'T PUT ALL THE BLAME ON ME! I DON'T WANT TO HAVE A DELIQUANT SON IN THE FAMILY! WHY DON'T YOU TAKE HIM WITH YOU!"
He heard his fathers voice again. More clearly because he had opened and walked in. He stood in the hallway, he was quiet and listened to his parents fight.
"DITCHING SCHOOL, I HAVE DONE THAT TOO! IF YOU ARE BOTHERED ABOUT SOMETHING AND YOU CAN'T TALK ABOUT IT, YOU SKIP SCHOOL TO AVOID THE PROBLEM IF IT'S ABOUT SCHOOL!"
"PLEASE TAKE YOUR SON WITH YOU, I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT THIS ANYMORE!" The words he heard from his mother pained him.
It was like she said that he wasn't her son.
"MY SON?! HE IS YOUR SON TOO!"
"I DON'T WANT TO LISTEN TO YOU ANYMORE! LEAVE ME ALONE AND GO TO THAT UGLY WOMEN! I BET THAT SHE LOVES YOU MORE!"
Ruki's mother opened the door from the living room and slammed it behind her. She was walking furiously to the kitchen but stopped when she saw ruki standing in the hallway.
She begin to cry and ran to him.
"I'm sorry!" ruki's mother repeated that over and over again while she hugged him.
"It's okay" ruki told her everytime she said that she was sorry. It wasn't okay, ruki was hurt. More hurt than he had ever been. He loved his mother. He loved his father and he also loved his brother even through that uruha didn't show any love back.
Later that night, ruki's father told ruki to pack his things. His mother had told him earlier that she was upset about many things and she didn't think when she said those words.
She told him that she loved him no matter what. But it would be better if ruki would go and live with his father for a while.
When ruki had packed his things, he went outside the house where his father had the car ready. He put the lugage in the back and ran to his mother.
"This is not good bye, remember it! We will live as a happy family once again someday" she kissed ruki's forehead and hugged him.
Ruki smiled and said "I will come back" his mother couldn't help but to hug him once again. Ruki's father got annoyed and yelled that ruki should hurry up.
"Just one minute" ruki said and turned to uruha.
"Guess this is good bye huh?" Uruha said. He looked like he was bored and didn't want to say good bye to ruki. In fact, it looked like he didn't want to look at ruki at all.
"Yeah" ruki looked down at his shoes.
"Bye" uruha opened the door and was about to go in but their mother stopped him.
"Give your brother a hug!" she said.
"Fine!" Uruha hugged ruki. It only lasted a few seconds.
"Bye once again, have a nice life and don't come back. If you do that, i will be very happy"
Uruha got slapped by their mother.
"Sorry, i mean, hope we meet again. Love you" Uruha went inside the house after he said that.
Ruki gave his mother a last hug and got into the car.
Ruki's father was talking the whole time. He said that the reason he is moving is because he didn't have feeling for his mother anymore and he meet a new women. He told ruki that she was beauiful and that they where going to live with her. Later he went on about that if ruki wanted to skip school he should just call him and they will sit down and talk about it.
Ruki didn't hear everything that his father had told him, He was so tired that he fell asleep in the middle of his talking.

It wasn't like them at all. They always picked him up. And if they happen to get a little late they would inform the teacher before hand.
The teacher came with two big cookies in her hand and she sat down next to ruki.
"Here you go" she gave him one cookie. "I made these cookies yesterday,are they good?" she asked.
Ruki took a bite and noded.
"I wanted to become a baker, it was my childhood dream but fate brought me here. Isn't it funny?" The teacher ate her cookie.
Ruki noded.
"What is your dream ruki-chan?"
Ruki stopped eating. "My dream is fix my toy" he said and continued with eating his cookie.
"Oh, i see"
When they had eaten the cookie and the rain had stopped raining, ruki jumped off from the bench, it was a stupid move. His ribs where hurting but he played it off.
"Thank you for the cookie. I'm going home now" Ruki took his jacket on and ziped it up. He waved his hand to the teacher.
"Wait! I can walk you! Or i can call your parents!" she tried to stop ruki.
"Actually, it's my birthday today and my parents are at the toy store buying me lots of toys. They told me to meet them there and it isn't far away. I better go now before it get's dark. Bye bye!" Ruki ran out from the kindergarten.
The teacher called ruki's parents. Nobody picked up at first. When she tried again, ruki's brother picked up.
"Uruha here, what's up?"
"Excuse me but i'm ruki's teacher. I just wanted to confirm one thing. Do you have your parents at home?" the teacher said.
"Well duh. Why would i answer the phone if they where home? They could answer the god damn phone themselves if they wanted to but to answer your question right, No, they aren't at home. They said that they where at some store buying something."
The teacher sighed.
"Sorry to bother you, that's all i wanted to know."
"Uh, okay? Bye?"
"Bye"
The teacher hang up and took her jacket on. She locked the door after her and went home.
Ruki didn't know that his lie was actually true. That his parents where at a toy store, buying him presents. His birthday wasn't until february and it was only June. Ruki also didn't know that his parents told his brother to pick him up but it seemed like his brother had forgotten it and played tv games insteed.

"Got any money for me?" Kyo tripped ruki so he fell down on the ground. Ruki tried to get up but kyo stood on his back.
"You have always been weak! I bet that you can't lift a freaking fish! Where are your muscles?!"
They laughed at him as they always did. Each day would be a diffrent kind of punishment. Always beating him up, Calling him things, Breaking his stuff, Getting him into trouble with other people.
"Give me the money and i will let you go" Kyo stamped on ruki. He Jumped up high and landed on ruki's back again.
Kyo had almost broken ruki's bones before.They where in the chemistry lab one day. The teacher where helping a group of students out.
Ruki had to be in the same group as shinya.
The door to the chemistry lab opened and in came kyo.
The teacher didn't noticed him. Or maybe he did notice him but didn't pay attention to him.
It was the usual case. That nobody saw kyo. Never saw him and they never saw him doing bad things to ruki.
Like dragging him to the window when they had chemistry class, Opened it, said that the air was so refreshing before he lifted ruki up and threw him out from the window.
Ruki's parent where worried of course. The teacher called them and said that ruki was bending over the window and fell down.
They scolded ruki and told him that it was really stupid done of him. That he could have been seriously injured or maybe worse, he could have died.
Ruki needed someone to talk to but there was no one there for him.
"Hahaha, look! His is all spaced out!" Shinya bent down and poked ruki's cheeks. "Weirdo, are you alive?"
"Hey!" kyo and the others stopped what they where doing and left ruki quickly.
Ruki had almost forgotten that sometimes, someone would help him, it was not like he help him, he just yelled a bit on kyo and his gang when he saw that they where hurting ruki...if that person was with ruki's brother of course.
"Those guys seriously never give up. Look at him, don't you care about him? He is your brother!"
Aoi, he was ruki's older brothers best friend. Aoi was mean to everyone, except for uruha, ruki's brother. He would do everything for uruha.
Acting like a hero when he was with him. Tried to act like he cared that ruki was injured but the only thing that really mattered was uruha of course.

Ruki bet that aoi had his brother's photo's everywhere in his room. He was sure about it actually.
Sometimes he had seen aoi with a camera, sneaking around his house. It was creepy at first but when he noticed that aoi was lovestruck for uruha, it ceased to be creepy, at least a little.
"It's his own damn fault for being so weak!" uruha walked past his brother without looking back. Aoi followed him.
The school bell rang, Students stormed into the building and ruki was still lying on the floor.
The student's chose to become like the teachers. Ignoring that ruki was hurt. That he was lying on the cold floor and not getting any help. They where cruel.
Ruki had thought that this day, was the last day of torture. He wanted to be happy today, if he couldn't be happy while he was in school, he wanted to be happy later.
The rest of the day ruki spent in the boy's toilet. He didn't feel like showing his face.
He was ditching the whole day and didn't care.
When the school bell rang one last time, he sneaked out. Ruki didn't go home right away. He had money to spend. Money that kyo didn't get because of aoi.
The money was his comfort and now he was going to spend it on things that he didn't have any use for.
When ruki got to the entrance door. He heard his fathers voice.
"IT WASN'T MINE FAULT THAT HE HAD BECOME LIKE THAT! YOU WHERE THE ONE WHO BOUGHT HIM ALL THOSE TOYS!"
then he heard his mothers voice, "DON'T PUT ALL THE BLAME ON ME! I DON'T WANT TO HAVE A DELIQUANT SON IN THE FAMILY! WHY DON'T YOU TAKE HIM WITH YOU!"
He heard his fathers voice again. More clearly because he had opened and walked in. He stood in the hallway, he was quiet and listened to his parents fight.
"DITCHING SCHOOL, I HAVE DONE THAT TOO! IF YOU ARE BOTHERED ABOUT SOMETHING AND YOU CAN'T TALK ABOUT IT, YOU SKIP SCHOOL TO AVOID THE PROBLEM IF IT'S ABOUT SCHOOL!"
"PLEASE TAKE YOUR SON WITH YOU, I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT THIS ANYMORE!" The words he heard from his mother pained him.
It was like she said that he wasn't her son.
"MY SON?! HE IS YOUR SON TOO!"
"I DON'T WANT TO LISTEN TO YOU ANYMORE! LEAVE ME ALONE AND GO TO THAT UGLY WOMEN! I BET THAT SHE LOVES YOU MORE!"
Ruki's mother opened the door from the living room and slammed it behind her. She was walking furiously to the kitchen but stopped when she saw ruki standing in the hallway.
She begin to cry and ran to him.
"I'm sorry!" ruki's mother repeated that over and over again while she hugged him.
"It's okay" ruki told her everytime she said that she was sorry. It wasn't okay, ruki was hurt. More hurt than he had ever been. He loved his mother. He loved his father and he also loved his brother even through that uruha didn't show any love back.
Later that night, ruki's father told ruki to pack his things. His mother had told him earlier that she was upset about many things and she didn't think when she said those words.
She told him that she loved him no matter what. But it would be better if ruki would go and live with his father for a while.
When ruki had packed his things, he went outside the house where his father had the car ready. He put the lugage in the back and ran to his mother.
"This is not good bye, remember it! We will live as a happy family once again someday" she kissed ruki's forehead and hugged him.
Ruki smiled and said "I will come back" his mother couldn't help but to hug him once again. Ruki's father got annoyed and yelled that ruki should hurry up.
"Just one minute" ruki said and turned to uruha.
"Guess this is good bye huh?" Uruha said. He looked like he was bored and didn't want to say good bye to ruki. In fact, it looked like he didn't want to look at ruki at all.
"Yeah" ruki looked down at his shoes.
"Bye" uruha opened the door and was about to go in but their mother stopped him.
"Give your brother a hug!" she said.
"Fine!" Uruha hugged ruki. It only lasted a few seconds.
"Bye once again, have a nice life and don't come back. If you do that, i will be very happy"
Uruha got slapped by their mother.
"Sorry, i mean, hope we meet again. Love you" Uruha went inside the house after he said that.
Ruki gave his mother a last hug and got into the car.
Ruki's father was talking the whole time. He said that the reason he is moving is because he didn't have feeling for his mother anymore and he meet a new women. He told ruki that she was beauiful and that they where going to live with her. Later he went on about that if ruki wanted to skip school he should just call him and they will sit down and talk about it.
Ruki didn't hear everything that his father had told him, He was so tired that he fell asleep in the middle of his talking.
