Hello folks. So sorry, I have no April Fish to throw at you. I don’t know what I could erroneously claim anyway. That I’m ragequitting this review? Given the last installment, that’s too plausible.
generally speaking I usually consider pure buff abilities to be less useful than just piling more damage on top of your opponent. THE ONE TRUE WAY OF FIGHTING!
Who is not yet pondering whether being turned into a Mudkip is awesome SPOILER: Yes.
Your poor, poor violated fourth wall. I am sure someone will prop it up so it can be kicked down again soon.
At this point, I think Munna would be a really good addition to the team. You've filled up on physical attackers with only Oshawott to balance things out, and poor Purrloin really just doesn't measure up that well at low level. Though Liepard is honestly fairly good.
All said and done, this first gym was a nightmare for me too. I really don't like the difficulty curve in Black & White because they seem to use level-gating via the diminishing returns on XP as their primary method of making sure you're not too powerful for any given gym, which ultimately results in the tiny level gap right here being utterly crippling and getting less and less so as the game progresses.
