(no subject)
so let's talk about how i started to knit a hat today but then
a. the freaking needles were thirty six inches long so the hat was ridiculously large
b. the needles were freaking twisted so the hat would lay flat.
so i just unraveled it.
and let's also talk about
a. my new icon, which i want to make my default but it doesn't have my name on it, so it doesn't feel quite right.
b. just look at the word doesn't for a second. seriously just take a hot second to look at it. it's weird, innit?
c. i am in the process of writing "hit the switch III" which has nothing to do with "hit the switch" or "hit the switch II". when i finish those stories i'm going to have a lot of explaining to do. it really just is not my fault that conor oberst writes songs that are so easy to fic to. maybe i'll actually finish this one? then it will become "hit the switch I" and everything will spin out of control.
d. ask me how excited i am to almost be a second semester senior. TOTALLY EXCITED. i just need to get off my ass and send in that one personal statement, and then i can hopefully be done applying to schools. which is not even the tip of the iceburg. i have an audition coming up in february. i am slightly freaked out.
e. i love itunes's genius sidebar. it's quite handy.
and now for something completely different.

family, friends, knitting, my cell phone, pocahontas,
the last five years, facebook, brownies, mitchell davis(?), conor oberst
rilo kiley and folk music in general, treble clef, my piano, hush sound's "goodbye blues", perez hilton
post it notes, the internet, leah fic, the sims 2, massage lines ( :D )
this bruise on my calf, my uggs, winter break, sweaters, my best friend jazmin
madama butterfly (BOO TERRR FLAAHHHH EEEE), futurama, the idea of having cookies for breakfast, carmax, south park
bossa nova, gf handel, great directors (both musical and theatrical), funny stories, shia labeouf
lesportsac bags, cashmere socks, chocolate, holiday traditions, my school
music jokes, good yalit, hannukah, well sharpened pencils, good hair days
the hat the beth gave me, clean rooms, these awesome earrings, early christmas presents, GINGERBREAD TRAIN
