Help! I don't know what to do. I have to make the big decision.
Do I fix the trailer up to inspection, conform to new regulations and move back in when I return to Santa Cruz?
Or
Do I sell the trailer and live somewhere else, some uncertain place with uncertain people... maybe better, maybe worse, maybe more expensive, maybe not. Aww geez.
