Leave Bush alone
I'm getting so SICK AND TIRED of everyone putting all the blame on Bush about the stuff going on in LA. It is def his fault that people are looting and SHOOTING at helicopters. It's his fault that things broke and the city filled with water. It's not the local governments fault. It has nothing to do with the rest of the federal government. It's all BUSH! Bush is one man. I know we all like the think the President has all the power, but he doesn't! So many other people are involved in all of his decisions. Why aren't they being blamed?
This is the other thing, no one is saying anything about any African American senators or government officials that didn't go down to the state right away. No one has made any comment on those people. It's just Bush. Bush didn't do it quick enough. The GOVERNMENT didn't do things quick enough. Also, how F-ing long were people talking about how bad the storm would be? Why wasn't the LA government more forceful in getting people out of the city? Why didn't they put up extra supports on the levees? (I can't spell) Why didn't they find more shelter for people outside of the city and bus them out then? None of this has come into question. If the Mayor of LA was white, I bet it would be coming into question.
Don't get me wrong, I don't support the governments response. They took too damn long. They should've been more prepared and ready to get in there right away. I think they did a shitty job. BUT NOTE I AM NOT PUTTING ALL MY BLAME ON GEORGE W BUSH! There are other people in this damn equation, so shut the f up about how it's all Bush's fault!
One of my friend's grandparents were down in LA. Amazingly and thankfully, they survived and were able to get out of the city after everything happened. It was not an easy ride for them, and I don't doubt they are very mad at what happened to them. I would be too. However, my friend was going through a great deal of emotions, and at one time said she was angry at white people. ANGRY AT WHITE PEOPLE!!!???? Because it's the white man's fault that everyone is stuck in LA and can't get out. The white man brought on the hurricane that caused this mess. It's the white man! Excuse me, when the trade towers fell to the ground, I did not hate all arabs. I did not hate all people from the middle east. I put my hate towards terrorists and the leaders of terrorist groups. I put hate and anger toward people who deserved it. I did not generalize it toward an entire group of people. What a crock of crap.

Oh, PS, Kanye West's little speech, shut the f up ass! You're trying to get people to GIVE money and help others. THIS IS NOT YOUR PERSONAL CAMERA TIME TO VENT! Oh yea, and Bush hate's black people. GREAT STATEMENT THERE! If you're so worried about all your suffereing people, get off TV, take some of your millions and get your ass down there and help out yourself!!!!!!!
