Well it's two days after the end of september and 2 days after the trial period of Toumals wheel mod system has ended. Can anyone guess what happened? Nothing! surprise surprise. No one was rotated, nothing was said at all acually. If he was going to end up doing this, he should have just made Ryu and kokusho perma mods and left it the way it is. Part of me cant help but think he did it to get rid of the mods he rotated out, since I never actually felt like anyone else thought I was a good moderator.
