I need to clear my name...before everything gets way out of hand.

I just got back home from a very nice and relaxing days with my family, and all I get is a slap of problems when I get back. A friend of mine left me a shocking message, which involve a very serious incident, in which by the way I had nothing to do with - at all.
I help people all around not just Arashi fandom, I help people as much as I can in the limit of my time and knowledge of a problem at hand. gemmiesky knows how willing I am to lend a helping hand. But it has come to my attention that a certain community/person that I help with, has apparently did something unacceptable to the fandom. As a maintainer/moderator of this community I think I need to address the matter to every person who knows me and explain my side.
How did I come to know the person involved
- Basically, the person left me a comment on my personal page that she wanted to be friends because of Arashi and basically because I sub videos. She asked me things over Arashi and I'm willingly provided information, you may wonder why, because I myself was once new in the fandom and I really feel bad when question are asked and left unanswered when I leave a comment before (when I was new and no nothing). So I did everything to help her, because a willing person to share Arashi love should be encouraged at all times.
How did I come to be part of that community (not anymore)
- The person asked me to encode certain videos for her because she had trouble with it, I tried explaining the hows of encoding but it was really difficult for me then, so I offered my help (big mistake). First I encode and send the links to her, but she asked me if I could post for her since she has school and stuff (another big mistake), I agreed to post the ones I help with in encoding and/or timing. She listed me as a maintainer and moderator of the community, though this is not what we have agreed on. I personally sought that I am not any of those, because what I agreed upon was just to post videos and given that I have my own community I don't want to be involved in any others - I helped from time to time to other communities but per project only. Hence, I was still listed as maintainer/moderator, then finally as moderator only because I personally removed myself as one.
Then comes lucky seven drama. We did a collaborative work for it; she translate, I sub the videos together with the team I asked to help me do the project. The whole thing was going smoothly until she manage to just go on her own by posting the softsub outside LJ and without permission of the team. I let that be, because I don't what to make a fuss over the entire thing and she has agreed not to share the subs the team has worked on. So we went along with the project, then came a message that she will be asking for donation - given the term donation it should come willingly from a donor, I didn't bother to ask her about this because she's not the first one to ask for donations out there; quite a lot actually. But I didn't know that it had become mandatory for the projects she did by herself. Given the that I'm listed as a moderator, I should have been told or people may think that I actually had a part of this, sadly I am not in anyway receive any profit not even a penny from no one, because if I really wanted money I would have asked my own parents for that not from the people online and I pay everything using my own money. I'm a private person that's why even a simple sharing photo community like kiroii_niji is locked and I won't in anyway give my account number to people with my real name written all over it. When the person insists on doing so, even when warned already, I decided to cut my ties with the community and the person herself for about a month ago - loss trust. Yet, I have no way of removing my name as moderator because that can only be accessible through a maintainers account, I wasn't able to contact her about the matter because I was busy with my own problem to deal with for the past few weeks already. So, the long wait of being removed as a moderator at the comm was prolonged and come to this incident, where my name is drag in a very unpleasant situation of selling sub videos - even I remind people not to do that whenever I post downloadable videos on my account.
My name is important to me, may it be the username I used on LJ or the nickname most my close friends here address me with. I do not seek for anything, I just want my name to be cleared, I don't want to be in a middle of a situation that I didn't create and didn't want to be involved with, in any given circumstances.
I am responsible for my actions but never would I pay for the offense of others, especially when I myself does not approve of such action.
To the person concerned, you owe me an apology for dragging my name and my integrity as a person to my friends around LJ. I worked hard and your action diminish what I have done for the past months just because you think you can.
