People don't know how to work. They used to fail in simple tasks. They can't pay enough attention to the issues which r really important. And what is more disappointed about team work, people don't listen. They r ignoring almost all opportunities to get better in the field they work in, to get success in it too.
All i get is that i have to show them their fakes and fails and mistakes in reality, not try to prevent any of sucked cases, just let the shit happens.
And it's so wrong!!! Why they can't just pay a little bit more attention to what really matters in real time, not century later?
So tomorrow i will do it. I will suck. Just to show my truth.
Well, i know impossible is nothing, but it for dreamers, not for realists.
And reality is that in business u can't be successful until u get prepared to everything, even to doomsday! That's the point. If u do smth, do all your best, do things u couldn't imagine, and then u will get a small part of what u want. That means success.
Now sitting in the office, after settling a meeting with potential client, i've got only one thing the product isn't ready to be presented, and of course it isn't ready to be sold. So what now? I did what i had to do, i did my job, but what did other people do for getting success in selling the product. do they really think that not appropriately worked product will get what it's supposed to get. That is impossible.
So, till everything will be OK, OK in the meaning everythingisperfectwearereadytoanysituationwemeasuredefficientyanditisgreat i can't do anything to help.
I'm not supposed to think that way but i do, and i'm definitely not ok with what people've done.
The more u can do, the more people expect u to do. That's the point. And it's not just about talents or possibilities, also, maybe first of all, it is about your responsibilities and authorities. It's business. U can't suck. I mean, u can, and it's the easiest way. But if u want smth u definitely can't suck.
I'm mad, i'm really mad about people who can't end anything, who start smth new without closing previous tasks.
I'll see tomorrow how everything will work.
And hope that finally i will get to my boss that it doesn't work in appropriate manner. and that he sucked.
