Yeah. I could definitely use that. I'm free whenever--say the word, I'll be there.

Certainly. If you are not otherwise occupied, I can be present momentarily.

(OOC - Would it be alright to just start a thread on this post?)

Spock responded quickly, a simple acknowledgment (I am en route.), and moved for the turbolift. It took approximately 5.43 minutes to arrive on deck and before the Captain's Office. Spock took a brief pause to ensure that she had, in fact, arrived in front of the right room. The computer trilled and answered that her route had been appropriate, the room beyond was the Captain's Office.

Spock straightened her shoulders and pressed her palm against the panel beside the threshold. The door trilled as she requested entry.

"Come in." Kirk didn't look up, concentrating on his work. He was trying to track down information about the drug Spot had given Emma. Of all the damn things... How did something this experimental get on his ship?

Jim,

Pissed is about right.

I'm kind of surprised to hear from you - I would have said something, but I wasn't sure that anything I had to say would be welcomed, particularly. I'm sorry about...things. I really enjoyed our conversation. You're an engaging, intelligent, entertaining guy - not that you didn't know this already - and I think you know how happy I was to finally get to see what that bridge is really like. I had a great time, and I'm really sorry it had to end like that. But yeah, like you say - Leonard was pissed. Very pissed. We're okay now, it's all fine and everything, but yes.

If you're willing to forgive me for being a pricktease, that would make me a very happy guy. I really didn't mean for it to go like that.

My best,

Bill

[OOC - Len wasn't pissed! He was ambivalent and insecure and hence pissy in his message, but he wasn't truly pissed! Oh, Bill.]

I think I'm just going to do my best to avoid Leonard. Don't know how you deal with it... I don't think I could deal with it if Bones was like that.

I'll have to think about forgiving you. See if it's worth it.

He's not 'like' anything. He was mostly just upset and taken by surprise.

I'll leave that with you, then.
