After meeting with the others, the only person left to talk with about his idea was Spock. Honestly, a part of him was more worried about his ideas on this more then any of the others simply because he understood Spock the least. [OOC - You know, I came back to look at this to figure out the chain of command, and I don't think I realized before how exactly it worked, with regard to Spock and all that. I don't think Jim and Jim ever talked about emergencies.]

[[OOC - So, Jim is *only* in command when Kirk is around and off-shift, and nuSpock takes over if Kirk is gone/incapacitated? That's what I got from this. Which I guess makes it okay no one's let him know. ;) ]]

(OOC: Spock and I laid it out as sort of this:

Kirk
nu!Spock
Jim
TOS!Spock

In order of chain of command. Yes, Jim would be in command in normal times when Kirk's around/off-shift, nu!Spock would still take over next as captain if Kirk was gone (...like, now) and Jim would be next up.

Kirk had -planned- to have a long talk with Jim but now he's sorta captured... Spock would know the details, though.)
