The One Where I Looked into Nursing Homes
because I am so freaking old.
It's my last week as an "early twenties"
As of Saturday, I will be in my "late twenties" and totally depressed.
To top of feeling like an old woman, I was at a wedding this weekend and this guy walks in with one of my friends. I am looking at her and thinking, "Who is that guy?" Then it hits me.
When I was a senior in high school, I did a student teaching class and worked in a 1st grade classroom all year.
He was in that class, and now he is in HIGH SCHOOL.
Thank God for an open bar...and the fact I was already sitting at it.
