Jim had pretty much repressed most everything that had happened to him over the past few weeks. No one had really asked him about it so that just made it easier to push it down and forget. He had other things to deal with anyway. Namely, graduation was less than a month off and he was going to have to make a decision on what he was going to do

"Blowing off work today," Cade announced from the door. "Want to grab a pizza or something?"

[OOC: SP because my interwebs are super crappy right now, but I hadn't tossed Cade at him in too long!]

"How do you have money to get a pizza if you're blowing off work?" Jim asked, glancing up.

[SP is super fine since I spent most of my day in a car repair shop sigh.]

Cade smirked at him. "I always have money."

Whether it had been his to start with was an entirely different question.

"Is it dirty money?" Jim asked, snickering. "Or some poor sap's that is now missing a wad of cash?"

"The second one," Cade said with a grin. "I can even treat, since it's not like it's my money."

[kirked]

"Ooooh, well how can I say no to that?" Jim asked, rolling off his bed and getting to his feet. "Just tell me you didn't steal from an old lady or a small child. I'd feel guilty if that was the case."

Stealing from anyone else? That was okay.

"I have some standards," Cade said. "Sometimes, at least. I don't steal from little old ladies."

[kirked]

"You're such a saint," Jim said, rolling his eyes. "Just don't ever steal from me and I'll never snitch on you."

It seemed like a good deal to him!

"Deal," Cade said, flopping onto Jackson's bed. "Now you don't eat anything weird on your pizza, right?"

[kirked]

"Depends on what you consider weird," Jim said, shrugging. "I like meat."

[makemyownway]

"That's not weird. Fish are weird," Cade declared. "And things that are wiggly."

[kirked]

"What about fruit? Fruit on pizza, I mean," Jim questioned. "That weird to you?"

"Depends on the fruit," Cade decided. "Banana is just wrong."

[kirked]

"Pineapple?" Jim asked. "That's what I've seen on pizza menus before."

[makemyownway]

"Then don't come to Namibia, where banana-chutney-cream cheese pizza is a thing. A gross, gross thing I could live with that," Cade said. "Meat and pineapple. Plus fruit is a health food or something, right?"

Super peppy Cade from a few weeks ago would be soooo disappointed in him.

"I think so?" Jim shrugged. "I mean, as far as I've heard, it is but I'm sure if you mix fruit with meat and other not good for you foods, it loses it's...good for you-ness."
