Mummy Issues
They’d known each other for years and slept with each other for months and yet, in all that time, Nate had never had such strong desire to throw himself at the mouthy merc and rip Wade’s clothes off. It took all the legendary patience of his and some of the backup he stored just for the situations like that, to stop himself from doing so. The fact that Wade was now licking his lips quite suggestively was definitely not helping.
“You are calm, you are reasonable, you are not going to resort to violence (…no matter how much Wade would like that). Violence is not the answer (…probably).” He repeated the words over and over in his head, until he was sure he was calm enough to speak up without sounding either pleadingly or angry.
“Wade, take your clothes off. Please.” Ok, so he was pleading but if Wade didn’t undress in the next two minutes…
“I knew it would turn you on, you filthy boy!” Deadpool swayed his hips in a motion he probably thought of as “seductive”. “Get on your knees and beg and I may consider undressing.”
All defenses that Cable had erected around his mind crumbled with a whimper and his libido begun shaking its first, threatening to quit.
“Wade, for the last time, take off the Marvel Girl outfit. I really don’t feel like playing that game with you, ok?” the headache Cable picked up earlier while having a simultaneous chat with several world leaders at the same time decided that this must be the best occasion to resurface.
“Oh, Nathan, you are such a bad boy. Drop your pants and turn around. Mummy spank!”
There was absolutely no way this situation could have gone worse for him. If Irene burst into the room announcing that the hordes of Apocalypse were taking over the Providence, it would be still about twenty times better than the situation he was currently in. Well, he had to look at the bright side of this. How did the old saying go? “If you are at the bottom, then you can only go up.”
“Naaaaaate. Do something finally, ok? I’ve promised I would bring the outfit back tomorrow. I mean, Emma said I could keep it if I wanted but the Rubyeyed wanted to have it back before sunset, so they…”
Oh, so that’s how being completely impotent felt like.
