well, hope they will survive as long as possible.
On the plus side, as McCoy is so fond of reminding us he is a doctor so he should be able to take care of himself a little better than other male pregnant slaves. And Jim (if we put Tarsus in the mix) should know how to survive with less food than most (that means more for his lover) and between him and Bones they should be able to exploit all the flora/fauna has to offer.
PErhaps if they are particulary good slaves (manage to have twins, IDK or survive more than 2 pregnancies for McCoy and Jim could use is genius to help organise the colony for better output, anything to keep being in the klingons good graces) they could keep being "assigned" together 'till they escape or get help....
