I love this series so so much! <3 It's gorgeous and perfect and it's just paced perfectly. The whole thing reminds me of one long summer evening, drawn out and just right. I can't wait for more. :)

Next comes the alien hijinks of funtastic times. I'm stupidly excited about them.

Thank you for reading! Also, may I friend you? I pretty much am ready to follow you around in worship of your Citystreets series. Like, no joke. Malls are now rendered a new experience because of that fic.

Dude, that sounds fantastic! :D And feel to friend away! We can partake in some mutual worship, haha. (I'm of the opinion that you write like the most amazing Joanna possible.)

Gaaaaah, I swear, this is like, MASSIVELY IMPORTANT. I coach U-14 girls' volleyball and so I deal with eleven girls this age like...all the time. And so I feel like if I do not get her right, I am doing them disservice.

What I really like about this series is not only Jim and Bones and how you're really establishing the groundwork of their relationship instead of them just sort of ending up together, it's the way you write the supporting characters. Everyone in this feels very real, and very much a part of the story, instead of just a name tossed here or there. I continue to adore this series.

I'm really, really pleased that other people are liking it because I just really enjoy dabbling in the 'verse and expanding the characters as they relate to Jim and Bones, if that makes sense. The bridge crew and Jocelyn will get more time the next instalment, so, there's plenty more to come!

Thank you for reading!

I liked this in so many ways, and for me, the best line was about Uhura possibly speaking the language of post-coital...yes, she probably does!

Keenser's "twins."
Jim giddy with love for Bones and getting dry-mouthed.
Mrs. Uhura and her crush.
Well hello, sacrum. (GUH. ZFHJHGJHFG.)
Jim making a "safe" home he wants to show off.

And... the minute and second hands on a clock image.

And Jo-- her insecurities, and Sam, and Jim's talk.

Just ... sigh. This is JOY.

Multi-POV fics can be hard, too, and you did this wonderfully.

I'm so pleased that you're enjoying it so much! And I have to admit, I'm so using the image of Jocelyn being super-smoking as all hell from one of your stories.

And THANK YOU for the POV thing. I wanted Jim, but I wanted Joanna because she needs her time in the sun, so I'm glad it went okay as I tried to keep it from sliding too much.

OOOOH! My Jocelyn inspired you? Excellent.

No, sometimes you need to move POVs-- and you've carried the emotional tone from POV to POV (expectation, nerves, hope) perfectly. I love it.

She definitely, definitely did! I re-read your fics quite often, I have to admit, and the Five Times (with the marriage) and the Joce one are at the top of my list!
