Anyone still here and wants to talk about Beyond? BECAUSE I HAVE SO MANY KIRK/MCCOY FEELS AGAIN. And it feels amazing. It also is nice to have reason to use a Kirk/McCoy icon again lol

I'd be more than happy to (though not necessarily here, because I'm really nervous about posting where everyone can see it, even if there don't seem to be too many people around), but I think there's an even better place for you to talk about the film at the jim-and-bones community.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "disliking open comms" and "the fud between the two communities". I didn't even know there was a feud.
I only wanted to say that I'm quite shy and an introvert and it makes me really anxious if people read my posts, but that's it.

if I remember there were some tensions between the two comms ages ago (hence I think why this comm isn't even listed in their profile as a McKirk comm despite it being the first on livejournal). Dunno.

There was, and I suspect if lj was more active, there still would be. Which is really really sad.

Myself I avoid the other comm, so talking here is a VERY good thing!

I only remember they had issues with this being a too rule based comm and with Nikkie for whatever reason. I'm pretty sure they tried to bring it over to our Tumblr when STID but that didn't work out because you can simply ban people.

I dont know why people in the same fandom can't get along. Sigh.
