It was announced that Kiriyama Renn will star in a live-action film “Tokyo Yamimushi“, which is a live-action film adaptation of Yuuki Honda’s crime-action manga series Tokyo Yamimushi (Tokyo Insect of Darkness).In the movie, Renn will play a 23-year-old man who lives alone with no job, no hopes, and no savings named "Ryo Kato". Ryo has wracked up 2.85 million yen (about US$30,600) in debt, and one day he is kidnapped by debt collectors.The debt collector Asamura then tells Ryo that his life is "similar to a bug's" and offers him a shady-sounding "job" that will introduce him to money.
