Most of them are about Tentei or the other gods. The most famous one is how our world was created.

Oh, uh... I guess not. Let's see...

A long time ago, Tentei grew angry at the dark state of the world. So He destroyed it by turning everything into ranka except for five gods and twelve humans. Then, He gave a branch with three different seeds to each of the twelve humans who remained in the world; each branch had a snake wrapped around them. The snake lifted the sky, and the seeds fell and turned into the land, country, and throne. The branch became a tree. This was how the world was created and the twelve kingdoms emerged.

Simple, really. And then Tentei created the kirin to represent the people and His will so that the world would not fall into a dark state again.
