Ketchup

So after getting home a little before 1am this morning with an existing sleep deficit, I sauntered in to work late after stopping by my local bank branch to report my ATM card missing (which I discovered while out of town, hence apparently missing the 3-day deadline to recover ATM-eaten cards before they get shredded.... new card should be in the mail, ah well). So now to catch up on work and other stuff, right? No, my work computer's video card apparently decided to flake out over the weekend, so I spent half the day swapping spare cards and drivers around until I could kludge together something that worked well enough to let me use the machine. We'll have to buy a new card to replace the one I eventually resorted to stealing from a demo machine. Fun.

But speaking of fun of the *non*-sarcastic sort, my college reunion was a blast. Saw lots of good friends and had a great time. It says something about my slightly non-traditional life trajectory that I got more drunk at my old dorm than I ever had been when I actually lived there. (Not that this was hard, as my total alcohol consumption during undergrad may have amount to a daiquiri or something. If that.) Also, I got to randomly hang out on a beach with my little brother, which was fun too. His hair is currently very green.

I have vague memories that I was thinking there are people I should add to my LJ (and maybe Facebook) friends' lists who aren't there yet. If anyone actually remembers who, feel free to comment. My brain is still a little fried.

(Also, triaging LJ has barely started, so I haven't read anyone else's posts since like last Friday yet.)

family, friends, travel, computer
