Stuff
So, hey, stuff's been happening and I haven't posted anything recently. Still got plenty to do, so I'll sum up:
- Getting over a mild cold. Bleh.
- Bought a shiny new TV. 42" 1080p HD LCD from LG. It's pretty.
- New TV overpowered old furniture, so bought new big entertainment center of craigslist for cheap. Many many thanks to Dave, Phil, Dennis, and Kevin for helping (or attempting to help) move the monstrosity. It fits nicely, and hooray for more media storage space.
- COUP is having the usual tri-annual or so drama about whether the club should be more democratic. Thankfully, *most* of the actual student officers seem in favor of sane compromises, so hopefully it'll all work out. Like usual.
- Meanwhile, COUP holiday party was fun and featured many delicious things. Mmm, raspberry punch, baked ziti, pumpkin cookies, tiramisu, and gingerbread.
- Putting finishing touches on Festivus gift package for random guy from online forum. Looking forward to whatever weird things I get from some other random guy on the forum.
- Gah, it's almost Thanksgiving. Going to St.Louis to see my parents on Thursday.
