Okay, sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I have been so busy. I have been traveling so much.

On 19 August, I went on a Rhine River Cruise. It was so neat! First we toured Burg Reichenstein. We then went to St. Goar for wine tasting. We then sailed down the Rhine. After a traditional German lunch, we went to Rudesheim for shopping and a cable car ride up to the Niederwald monument.

On 1 September, I went on a Prague and Kalovy Vary tour. From atop the hill at the castle, we saw "Golden Prague", with over 500 church spires and silver winding ribbon of the Vliava River. Prague's castle is the largest preserved fortress from the middle ages in all of Europe. We also had personal time to wander Prague's side streets and courtyards, and into the old Jewish Quarter, and many of the cities churches. In Karlovy Vary, we had a lot of free time. We shopped for crystal chandeliers and stemware, viewed the Russian Orthodox Cathedral and other old buildings.

On 15 September, I went on a Paris tour. I had a full day of Paris city sightseeing: Notre Dame, Place Vendome, Opera House, Perfume Museum, Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Pantheon, Luxembourg gardens, and St Sculptice (Da Vinci Code fame). There was even a little bit of time for shopping. We also had an evening tour, a 3 course French dinner, Seine river cruise & Paris illumination tour. The next day, we drove to Versailles tp view the royal palace and gardens. Afterwords, we returned to Paris and saw Napoleon’s tomb in the Dome des Invalides. Then, we visited the Louvre Museum and saw the Venus of Miloand the Mona Lisa. On our way back, we stopped in Reims to visit the French Coronation Cathedral. I looked like the Notre Dame.

On 23 September, I toured Neuschwanstein Castle and Schloss Linderhof, both located in Germany’s Bavarian region.

I am having a great time!
