How did they find him? There was a minor emergency and, not being able to reach Lovino, the hospital called Antonio's other 'brother', Feliciano. Who was visiting Germany when he received the call. For once, Feliciano doesn't act stupid and plays along when the doctors tell him about Antonio's emergency and tells them he'll be right there. And he takes Germany with him. Who calls Prussia. Who calls France.
