Lana got "fixed" yesterday. She was quite groggy when she got home last night. I had to have my mom pick her up for me so I didn't have to miss my afternoon shift. I called mom after I dropped Lana off and explained to her where the place was. Then I asked her if she needed my carrier. The place takes just the cat nothing else. My mom said she would be fine since she has two carriers already. Well I went to my mom's house to grab the cat and my mom gave me a brand new carrier to take her home in. Turns out, mom got to the place and realized she left both of her carriers at home! So she had to go around the corner to the outlet mall and buy a brand new one. She said I really ought to have two carrier since I have two cats so she gave me the carrier. But anyways Lana seems OK if a bit stiff/tired. But I think I would be too. She is going to spend the next few days "taking a break" in our bedroom since that is the only upstairs room with a door that will stay shut. That way she doesn't have to worry about the dog or the kids.

We stopped at several nurserys on the way home from driving the bus this morning. We got six tomato plants, 4 pepper plants, cilantro, dill, lavendar and my impulse buy: Artichoke plants! Now to figure out where to put them all. Well, actually I know where I am going to put everything except the artichokes. I am probably going to plant them tommorrow. I would today but I already spent too much time doing bills and stuff inside, so I won't have enough time to plant everything and I would rather do it all at once.
