Light novel update

I'm currently reading 2 books: "Heaven's Official Blessing" (by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu) and "In the Dark" (by Jin Shisi Chai).

As I posted before, I liked the anime version of Heaven's Official and I downloaded the whole story in pdf... and never touched it again ^^U
Then the printed books were announced so I was a bit conflicted on buying them, it's 8 volumes at +$20 after all (please always remember I don't have much money for extras, when I add them and see it's +$160 in books in a year I feel really uncomfortable) so now I started reading my downloaded copy to see if I liked the original's writing... and I did like it! it's pretty easy to follow though a bit heavy in non important details sometimes (for example, when it starts telling old stories of less-than-secondary characters). Now I'm thinking of buying them slowly, not as they are realeased but as I finish reading them so I don't keep a collection of unread books and it's easier on my pocket but I saw that the first book is already sold out. This means that if I want to collect them, I'd be forced to buy them as they're being released instead of when I feel like reading the next one and... I don't know what to do now. I'd love to read them in paper and spare my eyes from all that screen-looking damage but if they're going to be hard to find and I'll have an incomplete collection then I'm out. I like it but I don't love it. I think I'll just wait, if the first book is available again in bookdepository then I'll think about this again. Or if I find them used at a good price then I'll buy them like that.

Ok, now to the next! a great looking mistery BL book was oficially released a while ago (PRINTED! *choir of angels singing*) only 2 volumes long but +$25 each volume (on bookdepo, even more expensive from original seller, shipping is a devil) so I wanted to check it out in case I'd love it. I never found it around so in the end I forgot it existed but recently the original publishing company had a great sale and I bought both e-books at a nice price :D I bought them because you could download them and actually own them in your computer *choir of angels intesifies*. I started reading the first volume right away because I don't want to miss the printed version in case I end up loving it. So far it looks good but I'm still at the begginning, too soon to say I "love" it. We'll see.
The same company is also releasing a BL called "Little Mushroom" that won some prizes so I'll be doing my "check first, buy later" again. I truly want phisical copies of the books I love, I don't want to read things on computer/cellphones screens if I can avoid it but I also don't have the money to buy expensive books that I don't know if I'll like, reselling an english book in a spanish-speaking country is not that easy.

And the one series and author I'd throw my money blindly and happily never got any other book released *sigh*. I'd preorder anything by Michi Ichiho (Yes, no or maybe?), ANYTHING, but in the end they only released the first book of Yes ka and nothing else T-T

Also, why am I so careful about reading a bit before buying anything? because some light novels are written like a 10 years old did it. As much as I loved Owari no Seraph or Shield Hero animes, everytime I tried to read the novels, I was turned off by the writting, only short phrases, one after the other with zero emotions or excitement in them, they're more like chronicles describing stuff in short sentences than an actual book, I wonder if it's because they're wrote by males or if the shounen demography can't read anything more elaborated LOL
