I watched the Olympic opening ceremonies THREE TIMES! XDDDD
Saw it on Friday night and went to visit my parents over the weekend. My lil bro recorded it on the dvr and watched it a few times. The whole thing was so damn cool. ^_^
I saw a bunch of the events. Our gymnasts were having a lot of errors, but the swimming was really good. The water looked so nice that I wanted to jump in. A few world records were broken during the events.
The fencing was really cool. They move so fast and they wore sensor suits to tell when they were hit. @_@ Swords~~~~
I have a bit of a sunburn from going to the antique fair on the streets of Somerset on Saturday. Wandered around with my lil bro for a couple hours and still barely saw all the booths. I had some yummy fresh squeezed lemonade and bought a couple pretties. I'll post pics later. I got a small, absolutely gorgeous music box, some cute fox pins, and a cute set of little wooden dishes. And I bought Ari an adorable silver bunny necklace. So cute.
Sunday was church and lunch with family. My dad made French toast. It's about the only thing he cooks besides grilling, and it is the best, most delicious French toast in the world. *__*
I'm about three quarters of the way through A Companion to Wolves. I read a lot during the annoying commercials while watching the Olympics. So so so so so so good.
