Went insane with the cooking, this morning. I handled the appetizers and sodabread, and Nicole got most of the main meal. Corned Beef carbonade...yummy. Colleen seriously thought she needed a recipe to make fruit salad, though. >>;; Gram and Aunt Lee are over for the day, for dinner.
