Eh, not bad. The migraines are mostly under control - I'm still getting one or two a week but I can take an Imitrex when I get one.

My back is still the biggest issue. I've got a herniated disc that's not improving. It's not very painful most of the time, but it's not getting better. I have health insurance but the doctors don't want to do surgery on it yet.
