Iron Chuck Delaware
Have I mentioned that Chuck has been doing a fabulous job of stepping up to meal prep since we moved? He has!
I really, really enjoy cooking, but unless I start going to work way earlier so I can come home way earlier, I just don't have much time to do it and have it done at a normal dinnertime. So, Chuck has pretty much taken over the dinner preppin' since the big move to DE out of necessity and relative convenience and so forth. Also, I think Chuck enjoys letting me play with Lu when I get home, while he makes/finished dinner as a break from constant child emotional needs. And I enjoy that too! When I get home and I don't have to worry about dinner, AND get to play/snuggle/hang out with Lucia, I am in such a better mood.
Boy knows how to cook and rocks it. I'm still the baking queen, though!
