I don't even have it yet, but I'm plotting its demise. With it, I'd like to:
- FINALLY buy a real kitchen worktable. No more of this stacked-cardboard-box shit in my kitchen. I'm leaning towards a stainless base with a maple top. The thought occurred to get an all-stainless, but that seems a little sterile for a home kitchen. And to hell with John Boos' tables, despite their niceness; that's WAY too expensive. Over $1000 for a kitchen cart/table? Uh-uh.
- Sock some away for impending future necessities - student loan bills and car insurance, mainly. Ooo, exciting.
- Keep some aside for Otakon to cushion the blow, because I do still want to attend.
- Buy a roundtrip ticket for Bootycon, perhaps? I'm toying with the idea of contacting a member from MN who's driving to see what his timeframe would be, since that would be cheaper but more time-consuming and harder to sell Chuck on. But I'm kind of starting to feel like I frickin' deserve this after working so long and hard for the past year.
- Get some bakeware. I've been wanting an angel food cake pan for awhile now, and it might also be nice to have a springform pan, and maybe a tart pan too.
That's all I can think of for the moment, but those are the front runners.
