Sneaky AMBUSH attack
It's scary...black, beige and white bugs crawling...all over the night stand, the phone, up and down the cord...and the carpet...and they're LIVING in the PHONE!!! There are COLONIES of them!!! Remember all the bugs in the movie 'A Bug's Life'? Well...there was more here than in that movie! Alissa's roommate Lana's room got infested with them, we found out about them when we heard her scream! We're not sure what they are...they're not eating the wood so we don't think they can be termites and Alissa suggested that they might be sugar ants... Emergency maintenance was demanded and the only thing that was done was that the RAs were sent to check out the situation...then left and one came back with some RAID, he sprayed it and I wondered whether or not the fumes will affect my performance. Now we have goosebumps and can 'feel' the bugs. Oh man, I think they (Alissa and her roommates) are not going to be the only ones to have nightmares tonight. :-(
