Yes, a post. But not a long one. Just long enough to say a few things.
I am taking a short story and novel course this semester, the topic is time travel. Score. So we're using blogs through the university through the semester to keep discussions for the class online. I think this is awesome. Then, my teacher said something during class today about how some people have a whole lot of thought in their brain on particular topics, and writing helps express it more.
Now, I'm a slow learner, and I finally realized how I can get my thoughts straight. A blog, duh. And that's, of course, what I've done for the past three years or so on livejournal. But I'm talking about my THOUGHTS.
Nate and I have many a "deep" discussion about random shit like the speed of light, time travel, whatever. Unfortunately, I find myself at a loss of what to say, or not knowing how to express what I'm thinking too clearly. This is why I want to actually start a blog.
I'm a nerd. I think about time travel, physics, interplanetary travel, and multiple dimensions when I'm in class, playing video games, or bored. Although, I can't understand what my own mind is thinking sometimes, because I get too distracted.
In short, I want to put my brain into text form. I want to read what I think about, and from that, think more.
So that's that. Whether or not I start this blog of sorts on something here like livejournal, I don't know. I should probably set some time aside to actually do it first.
Um, I guess I'll let you know about it, incase you're bored and nerdy too?
