Second Day at Work
I got out at like 7PM. And I wish I could say I got a lot done. Unfortunately, I'm still very unfamiliar with the database at work. Trying to work in its constraints is rather difficult.
Also, since they don't have a desk for me yet, I have to use someone else's desk to work on (I'm working off of my laptop). It's difficult to find a comfortable position, and it's annoying when I have to get up to stretch. Not to mention the fact that I'm using a laptop to work off of...
Also, can't use headphones. I haven't asked why, but the best reason, it seems, is because we're in a warehouse with forklifts and such. Despite that, it still seems kinda funny to me that headphones can't be used because I have to look out for a forklift tearing into the office room.
I'm home now, but I still gotta do more work. @_@
